A Note Regarding the 75th Anniversary Celebration Service:
For all who attended our 75th Anniversary celebration over Labor Day weekend, we want to make you aware that this afternoon (Tuesday, 9-7), we learned that one of the attendees of both Sunday services tested positive for Covid-19 today. He had no symptoms either Saturday or Sunday and mild symptoms arose on Monday evening; he was subsequently tested today.
Normally, contract tracing is suggested for those in close contact (within 6 feet of someone for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period) beginning on the symptom start date. Because the symptoms started last night, it is probable that this does not affect our gathering. However, out of an abundance of caution we have informed all those who have been in close contact over the weekend and will be emailing folks who we know to have been in attendance. Without knowing for certain when and where the person may have been infected, this is good information to know and or act on depending on your health and comfort level.
We will update our website if additional information is brought to our attention. Please feel free to call the camp office if you have specific questions. We care about all of you and the clearer we can be the better.
Blessings to you all,
