Women’s Retreat

Kaitlyn grew up in Bellingham, WA. She studied Nonprofit Leadership & Management at Arizona State University. She never imagined she would work at a church, but God had other plans.

Equipped with a crystal-clear vision of her calling, she is a dynamic pastor, actively restoring broken church systems and empowering youth to lead us in a revolution of hope. Her ministry has taken her beyond the walls of the local church as well—facilitating leadership camps for teen girls and speaking at summer camps and women’s retreats. Kaitlyn also enjoys coaching boys and girls in a variety of sports. She is a huge fan of iced coffee, chips, snowboarding, and Jesus.

Kaitlyn is a high-capacity leader who can show up in spaces that make others uncomfortable. Her philosophy of ministry is that we can’t outsource discipleship. If we want to see the next generation flourish in the Church, we have to meet them right where they are—especially if they aren’t showing up at church.

In October 2025, Kaitlyn started her greatest adventure yet when she welcomed her son, Zephyr, into the world. Turns out, motherhood is equal parts holy, hilarious, exhausting, and wildly wonderful. She greets Zephyr most mornings with, “It’s me! I’m your MOM!” just so he doesn’t forget.
