Our Fall Women’s Retreat is going to be a great weekend! We are hard at work creating a weekend that gives you a chance to ABIDE.
We are also adding an exciting new element. We are going to spoil you with a delicious dinner served to your table on Friday night! You do not want to miss it!
Lastly, we would like to make sure this is a fun weekend that caters to women of all ages and life stages. This is where we need your help! We would like to offer an incentive to draw in our next generation of women. If you sponsor a young woman 25 years old or younger (no one younger than 16), you will both receive a discount of $20. Sponsoring includes inviting and experiencing the weekend alongside the younger woman. Please partner with us to reach and mentor these young women!
Kelli Worrall is the Chair of the Music and Media Arts Field and a Professor of Communications at Moody Bible Institute, where she has served since 1998. She is the author of Pierced and Embraced: 7 Life-Changing Encounters with the Love of Christ (Moody Publishers, 2017) and the co-author (with husband Peter) of 20 Things We’d Tell Our Twentysomething Selves (Moody Publishers, 2015). She also contributed to the Moody Handbook of Preaching (Moody Publishers, 2008) and the One Volume Seminary (Moody Publishers, 2022).
Kelli is a member of the writing team for Moody’s daily devotional Today in the Word. To date, her TITW studies have been the following: Esther (February 2020), Hosea (August 2021), Women in the Old Testament I & II (March 2021 and March 2022), The Book of Luke (December 2022), Women in the New Testament (March 2023), Calling (November 2023), and Love God (February 2024). The Book of Galatians will come in January 2025.
Kelli serves as Bible teacher for the women’s ministry at her home church, Grace Community Bible Church, in Lake Villa, Illinois. She enjoys sharing the truth of God’s Word in a variety of settings. She and Peter (also an MBI faculty member) speak together at marriage, family, and young adult retreats.
Kelli studied Communications at Cedarville University, Religious Education at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MRE), and Creative Writing at Roosevelt University (MFA).
